Product Description
edge banding hot melt adhesive is an EVA based hot melt glue used for bonding PVC edge bands on wood board edges. It can be used in full automatic, semi automatic or manual edge banding machine. It is applicable for different machine speed. It features with good melting properties, good bonding strength, perfect heat resistance, and without stringing.

Recommended application temperature: 180-210°C.The viscosity and setting time can be adjusted by changing the glue temperature, the application temperature should be adjusted based on the practical use .
The cover of glue tank should be closed after filling adhesive lest the adhesive might be polluted. If the plant line stops for over 2 hours, the glue temperature should be tuned down to about 100°C to avoid the aging of adhesive influencing the adhesion performance.
If the applicator stops for over 8 hours, the glue in tank should be emptied.
T-3926B should not be mixed with any other type of adhesive
Shelf life and storage conditions the quality of this product is usually stored in cool, dry storage conditions and without any other adverse effects, and can be stored in intact raw packaging for at least 2 years without deterioration.
