Product Description
Application Instructions
1) NO dust or oil on the surface of the profile-wrapping materials
2) The cover of glue tank should be closed lest the adhesive might be polluted
3)The supports and edges must be at ambient temperature(which should not be less than
15℃ and the level of humidity should not exceed 10% in order to obtain a good bond.
The glue temperature should be turned down if the plant line stops for over 2 hours
Safety Note
1)Wear goggles and adiabatic gloves when filling hopper or pot
2)Keep plant ventilation and forbid any fire.
3) Consult MSDS and read cautions before used;

Recommended application temperature: 180-210°C.The viscosity and setting time can be adjusted by changing the glue temperature, the application temperature should be adjusted based on the practical use .
The cover of glue tank should be closed after filling adhesive lest the adhesive might be polluted. If the plant line stops for over 2 hours, the glue temperature should be tuned down to about 100°C to avoid the aging of adhesive influencing the adhesion performance.
If the applicator stops for over 8 hours, the glue in tank should be emptied.
T-7002 Wshould not be mixed with any other type of adhesive
Shelf life and storage conditions the quality of this product is usually stored in cool, dry storage conditions and without any other adverse effects, and can be stored in intact raw packaging for at least 2 years without deterioration.
