The adhesion strength are high, suitable for the thick edge sealing, The thickness is up to 5 mm. The glue has a good fluidity and doesn't drawing.
Used for automatic edge sealing machine. Widely used for the edge sealing between the paper, the melamine, the PVC edge, the ABS and the hardwood, the chipboard and the medium density fiberboard.

This model is can be granule shape,special for edge banding,low temp 130℃-160℃,medium temperature 160℃-180℃,high temperature operation 180℃-210℃.
Can supply cream white color, yellow transparent color, white clear transparent color for your options.

General instructions of hot melt adhesive
| Instruction: | Automatic machine,hot melt glue glove,spray. |
| Notice: | 1. Surface to be bonded should be clean,dry,free of loose particles.Wipe plastic and metal surfaces with solvent(eg.Acetone) 2. Smooth surfaces are more difficult to adhere than rough,or porous surfaces. 3. Joint as quickly as possible for keeping optimum binding strength. 4. Apply firm pressure and do not adjust joint has been made. 5. If substrates could be pre-warmed to 60℃ at least,eg metal surfaces,the stronger bond strengths will be achieved. 6. Opening and Curing time will changing along with the changes of Temperature Glue,Coating,Environmental 7. Melt System with high temperature,In order to avoid scald,please put on protective goggles and gloves when operation,do not use hand to touch.If scald,please put scald place immersion in water at least ten minutes,then go to hospital for further treatment. 8. General hot melt glue achieve around 50% bond strength after 1 minute,and 75% strength after 1 hour. |
