Product Description
All materials are in compliance with FDA (American Food and Drug Association) regulations 21 CFR 175.105 "adhesive".
Recommended operating conditions
Roller temperature: 180-210 °C Feeding speed: ≧10m/min
Glue temperature: 170-190°C Substrate moisture content: 8-10%
Pressure: 3-5Kg/cm2 Substrate temperature: ≧15°C

Operation prompt
· The temperature of the hot melt adhesive on the roller should be measured frequently with a thermometer.
· In order to avoid thermal degradation of the product, the temperature of the working gap should be appropriately reduced.
·The roller temperature is too low will cause low bonding force
Precautions
·Do not mix with other adhesives
·The hot melt adhesive tank should be tightly closed to prevent the impurities from falling into the performance of the adhesive.
·Because the hot melt adhesive needs to be heated, it must be worn with personal protective equipment.
·Recommended "advanced - first use" recycling
It is a kind of coated hot melt adhesive with good heat resistance, high bonding strength and wide operating range. Suitable for all kinds of automatic edge banding machines for straight edge sealing.
It is widely used for the bonding of MDF, particleboard and other sapwoods such as PVC, veneer and melamine paper.
